Process apprentice- I have covered all aspects of the Dalston factory to get a broad understanding of the whole factory, then now I am in a goal alignment and focus improvement role, working on factory saving projects and improving standards.
I have learned lots of new skills regarding the different functions I Have been in job specific wise and also lots of new skills by going on different courses about learning how to train and coach people and understanding how people behavior.
At first I wasn't enjoying my program because of the lack of structure. However now I have the structure and support I need I enjoy the program very much so.
I dont feel very valued to be honest with Nestle because there seems to be no real support and drive to go up skill the process apprentices after the first year.
Very poorly structured. There is limited structure.
At first there was a bit of support for training. However I've had very limited training after the first year and which is disappointing.
I feel like I have received a lot of support from my managers at the times I have worked for them, however I have done that much jumping around from different jobs the support in general hasnt been great.
Very well, the pay is above average for an apprentice.
Yes the company is very good for outside opportunities. However there is room for improvement.
Yes
Because the salary is very good and the place is a nice place to work in general. Also there are very many opportunities for people to develop within the business.
Show the interviewer that you have looked in to Nestle and that you know many things about the company.
