In my job role I am basically the first point of contact. I answer the queries a customer may have and help them to do their basic everyday banking.
Yes my verbal communication skills have improved massively since joining Barclays. Ive learnt to speak to customers with confidence when I couldn't before.
I throughly enjoy my programme and am enjoying it much more than college. I have gained a lot of confidence so far that I wouldn't have without the apprenticeship.
Yes I feel valued by Barclays and am made to feel that I am helping the Business when I'm in the workplace. My managers praise us a lot and make us feel valued
The programme is extremely well organised and I feel it couldn't be structured in a better way.
At the moment I receive more support than I probably should be.

My salary meets my costs extremely well and leaves me with money at the end of the month to put aside and save

Ive find it an amazing organisation to work for so far and feel the working atmosphere is calm and supportive.
Don't be put off by the fear of being faced with jobs you would worry about and feel you couldn't complete. There is always a collegue there to help you
