I work in a call centre so customers call and i service their query.
I don't believe i have gained any new skills or developed on any existing skills because of the apprenticship.
I wouldn't say i enjoyed it
I do feel quite vauled at the LBG. for a start the amount of money and time they invest in this apprentischip programe. They are also very good at helping you towards your career goals.
I feel it was well organised other than the mis communication about how long we are due to get to work on this in our work week.
I think Tina was very supportive and i feel she highly motivated me towards finishing the apprentischip.
I was given some time off the phone to do it. Not as much as i was told at the start of the programe and not as much as other employees in my role but my team manager provided some exellent feedback that helped me complete the programe
Yes
I don't understand the question? If it means are there oppertunities for me within the company but outside my role then yes but not in Dundee
Yes
I feel it's an exellent company that strives to take care of its employees
Don't treat it like a call centre treat it like a bank
