General Manager of a bar I serve customers, manage stock, plan and manage events, manage staff, create rotas
I have learnt the correct ways of interacting with staff and how to run a business
My programe was good, however it took over a year to complete which is a rather long time
I do feel like a valued member of the team at Greene King
The structure could have been done better, it was easy to see what was going on but hard to be focused as it was very drawn out
I received a lot of support from my trainer
I received a lot of support from my employer when I needed to work certain shifts I was rotared onto them
My salary package meets my costs as I live in. If this wasn't the case then it would be a different story
Not to my knowledge
Yes
Great company and great benefits
Go with the Metropolitan brand as it is the best
