Supervisor - helping ensure the pub is run smoothly and all compliance is met.
I've learnt how to train and provide support for staff where necessary.
I very much enjoyed my programme, I learnt a great deal and it opened my eyes to a lot of things.
I feel a little undervalued by Greene King. With it being such a huge company, staff are more like numbers than people.
The programme is very well structured and organised. I always knew how I was progressing and what the next step was.
I received a great deal of support from my training provider, whether it be face to face, over the phone or via email.
I received sufficient support from my employer to complete the programme.
Salary is the national minimum so, not very well.
Yes, there are a lot of opportunities open to me.
No

Be prepared to work as little as 5 hours one week and as many as 60 the next.
