    • I have developed my skills further through my 2 NVQs

    • I do enjoy the programme just wish I had more time to complete work books as well as a 55 hour working week

    • Very vauled

    • It is structured just again wish I had more time to complete my NVQ inside and outside of work

    • I email if I have any issues and we meet up every 6 weeks to go through my progress which is enough support for me

  • 6b. How much support do you receive from your employer?

    • My GM helps in the respect of if I need to meet my trainer during working hours it's not an issue

  • 7. How well does your salary/package meet your costs?

    • I don't have any costs for my NVQ so doesn't effect me

    • As in to do my NVQ work occasionally

    • Yes

    • Stable company which provides not only a job within a structured company with great training opportunities but also other benefits like stocks etc

  • 10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Greene King?

    • Show a great personality, be very customer orientated great organisational skills and be a great team player as well as leadership qualities
