I work as a complaints handler in PPI i decision complaints, and I speak on the phone to customers
I have developed communication skills, I have learned more about speaking to customers and customer experience
I really enjoy my apprenticeship I find it really interesting and beneficial to my career and going forward
I feel extremely valued by Barclays I love the company and the way that they treat each and every person and I love the development which they offer us
My programme is extremely well organised and well structured. I find the site really well structured so that it makes it easier for me to do my work and the support I get from my talent coach is brilliant as well
I receive a lot of support from my training provider I am always in contact with her if I have any queries and she is always on hand to help me straight away
I receive a lot of support from my employer and I am given time out to be able to compete my apprenticeship work during work time
If I do overtime my salary reaches my costs well if not then it can be a struggle sometimes
There are loads of opportunities for me to develop myself out of work

I think the company is amazing the way they treat their employees and push them to develop is amazing, it is such a friendly company and I have met some amazing people
If you work hard you can succeed, there is no end for improvement, you will go far if you have passion in what you do
