M role is first point of contact with customers on a daily basis. I handle cash, queries, machines and customers. I have a variety of jobs to do everyday, whether that's being on a open counter till I'm the banking hall or being in the secure area servicing and balancing machines.
I'm developing my skills and knowledge everyday. I have actions to fulfill in a period of time and I'm also helping colleagues develop. My knowledge in banking has grown in 3 years.
I enjoy the learning and I am now able to use what I have learnt in my day to day job role.
I feel valued when I get recognised for things I have done
Sometimes meeting deadlines is tricky especially when the business has staffing issues I am unable to get things done for the programme
I receive a good amount of support. She is always able to answer my calls or texts when I have a problem she has really helped keep my motivation for this going.
I receive the amount of support I would expect.
