Front of house staff, ensuring customers have a good experience within my place of work, handling cash and ensuring my work area is properly maintained
Customer handling has been improved through new techniques and reflective discussions, working ability during busy and stressful times has also been improved through suggestions about leadership and helpful productive communication
The program was enjoyable on the whole, learning new skills and about the organisation was helpful and Stephen my trainer was a great help
I feel no more valued than I did before I started the program
Very well organised and structured, Stephen helped my fit it comfortably around what else I had going on in my life, can't praise the man enough for his help and guidance
All the support, time and help i could ask for, he was patient and enthusiastic
Plenty of support from my managers, they were knowledgeable and interested to hear what I was learning and if they could help
