  • 1. Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

    • So i did my level 2 food and bar work on completing this my manager asked me if I would like to move onto the next course team leading which was great for me I learnt so much by doing this course

    • Yes I have learnt so many new things both through lifetime training and also leading the perfect shift course I now more confident in doing my job and delegating to other team members

  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

    • The programme was great to get on with it wasn't as hard as I fort it would be and my trainer made me feel so much better about myself during my course

    • Greene king is ok but certain areas could be improved on as we never get any bonus or insentives

  • 5. How well organised/structured is your programme?

    • Very I was very happy with how easy and smooth the programme ran! Work books was the hardest but very easy to do using flow

    • Allot Janna was amazing and helped me out in every way possible and I felt very comfortable learning new things from her

    • My manager helped me allot in doing this course he's very supportive and always asked how my corse was going

  • 7. How well does your salary/package meet your costs?

    • Not very well! Minimum wage I understand that but we never get any extras what so ever from greeneking

    • I'm really not sure as I haven't looked into this but I'm sure out there there will be allot

  • 9. Would you recommend Greene King to a friend?

    • Yes

  • 9b. Why?

    • My manager is the best the company isn't so bad but we do need more insentives to keep staff motivated on bank holidays ect

  • 10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Greene King?

    • Work through the apprenticeship programme as it's very useful and you learn allot from it
