On a day to day basis as an OHL craftsperson I will be learning from my trainers to be as efficient and effective at my job as possible.
I have learnt many skills and developed existing onces, for example the rope access course, pladder cours, practicle earthing and tower rescue etc.
I enjoy the program very much, it allows me to learn while having fun.
Very valued, I feel as if I'm part if the future of Grid and that the torch is being passed to me per say.
Very organised, I have never experienced programme structure issues.
I receive whatever help or support I need from my trainers, where it be practical or academic.
I receive alot of support from my employer, for example they pay for my travel expenses.
Very well, I feel extremely lucky as I am paid more than than enough and extremely well for an apprentice.
Outside of training at Eakring, I have many opportunities for work on site.
