I was a Deputy Assistant Manager for Farmhouse Inns when i started this course. This involves the day to day running of the business.
I have learn't new skills and developed existing skills from this training
This programme was fun and interesting and makes you think of the areas of your job that are important on a day to day basis
I enjoy working for Greene King and feel appreciated by my boss
It is very well organised and runs well on a day to day basis
I had as much support as i needed and could always contact my trainer anytime if needed
I recieve all the support i need from my employer
My salary doesn't really meet my hours on a weekly basis as i work far more hours than i am supposed to

Greene King are a good company to work for and i feel they are expanding in a fast way therefore there are many opportunities
There are many new build pubs being built which i would encourage friends to look into
