I attended an Discover EY day where I, alongside other candidates were able to find out what services EY offered and what benefits EY employees had working there.
I have developed my teamwork skills because we were put into groups to complete tasks that related to ey's services
I enjoyed being able to look around the EY offices and see the different sectors they had within the business.
I felt very valued by EY because all the staff made it very clear how interested EY is in investing in the future.
The programme was well organised, and each task was well structured and helped explain what's ey did in a simple and interesting way
There was a lot of support regarding the initial interviews for the discover EY day, and employees were seated at each table with groups of people so we could ask them any questions we had.
EY provided a lot of support for us, by making many documents detailing their programme avalible to us.
This questions does not apply to me because I was only on a discover EY day, not an actual apprenticeship
There are many opportunities both inside EY and out of it. We had some employees come to speak to us about how they go to travel abroad with EY in order to meet international clients.
Yes
EY seems to be a positive and focused company to work for, and it is very conscious of making its employees feel valued and respected by always giving them the best opportunities.
I would say to others that you must be good with your numeracy skills, especially mental maths, when it comes to the testing and interview stages.
