I am currently a reception supervisor that looks after customers who check in an out. I also take telephone enquires if they would like to book any rooms with me or also out function rooms for party's, meetings, weddings etc. I also lead a small team whilst im on duty to make sure day to day tasks are completed before the end of the day.
Yes, I Have learnt a lot about manors and the way you talk to customers in a responsible manor. Also better customer service skills and selling skills. I have also gained a level 2 Food & beverage with lifetime training last year and have passed this.
I like my work as i know what i am doing and just get on with it. This involves alot of paperwork and emails also customer service skills and this is what i like about it because you can communicate with customers also. When i was doing my food and beverage course there was alot more customer service skills to do then paperwork etc.
I feel like i do a good job what i do on a every day to day basis. Customers are happy to see me and to make sure i deal with the situation properly.
Very well structured.
Alot, I like it when im stuck at something and she can then help me to do this and solve the problem
Quite alot. they will help me with alot of questions that im stuck on.
The salary is ok but could be better as i have alot of skills and alot of tasks to follow in the day.
There are some opportunities outside of work but i dont normally do that as im working all of the time
Yes
They are a very friendly team and will help you get to where you would like to in the future.
It is a very simple job to do. If you can put your mind to it then you will always do well.
