A community banker for Barclays so I do the counter as well as banking hall
I have learnt developed my skills in communication and team work
I enjoy the work aspect of the programme and also the learning that's involved
I feel I am a important member of the team and my knowledge I have gained can only grow
Not very well if I'm honest iv had three different trainers and they have lost my work on occasions
Enough help is given and at your sessions you get to tell what's goin on
A lot they are great at helping there employees and the senior staff are very good
Very well I have enough left after I pay all the bills to still buy myself something
You and your colleagues may go for the occasion drink together or meal and sometimes branch activities outside of work
Yes
They are a great company and a good company to start your career with and you can go as far as you want to
Be yourself and be prepared to learn a lot and gain a lot of knowledge and having a good memory helps but most importantly enjoy it as you can make some good friends and nice people
