  • A community banker for Barclays so I do the counter as well as banking hall

  • I have learnt developed my skills in communication and team work

  • I enjoy the work aspect of the programme and also the learning that's involved

  • I feel I am a important member of the team and my knowledge I have gained can only grow

  • Not very well if I'm honest iv had three different trainers and they have lost my work on occasions

  • Enough help is given and at your sessions you get to tell what's goin on

  • A lot they are great at helping there employees and the senior staff are very good

  • Very well I have enough left after I pay all the bills to still buy myself something

  • You and your colleagues may go for the occasion drink together or meal and sometimes branch activities outside of work

  • Yes

  • They are a great company and a good company to start your career with and you can go as far as you want to


  • 10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Barclays?
  • Be yourself and be prepared to learn a lot and gain a lot of knowledge and having a good memory helps but most importantly enjoy it as you can make some good friends and nice people
