My role involved a range of exciting tasks. I was given the opportunity to meet clients, understand the basics of the auditing process and learn from seniors who are extremely helpful and friendly.
I have developed skills in relation to the use of excel and have learnt how to apply theories into the working environment.
Overall, my experience has been exciting and challenging. Being able to absorbed so much in just 4 weeks provided me with great satisfaction.
EY provides flexible hour to employees which implied their trust in employees. This has made me feel more valued as an employee
The fact that my programme was only for a duration of a month, I do not have much comments regarding this question
My training provider has aided me in the development of skills. The seniors were very helpful in regards to work procedures
