Telephony banker customer service- answering calls from customers and dealing with general enquiries on their accounts
I have gained insight into delivering excellent customer service and also the foundations of how the bank works
Considering i have just started my program i am really enjoying the experiences it is giving me
I feel extremely valued as an employee, barclays offers amazing monthly benefits and great ongoing support
I think it is very well structured and organised due to how the course can be accessed online
As much support as i wish due to my talent coach allowing me to email or phone whenever i need help along with visits at the workplace
As much as i want they are there every step of the way
I am very happy with my salary
There are many opportunities to take part in charitable events which i am already invloving myself in
Yes
Barclays have offered me a great work life balance along with great pay and benefits, also i think its great how they enable you to be invovled in the community
Go for it as it was the best decision i have made career wise
