Substation craftsmen, maintaining high voltage equipment
Level 3 city and guilds, learning skills with a wide range of tools, welding courses, MEWP license.
I really enjoy my program my team is very helpful and good to be around top facilities to train in.
Very valued, they want to look after me and make sure my safety is vital.
Very we know what we need to do, and have a set timetable a year in advance.
Certain aspects we got a lot of support.
As much as we need, all we have to do is ask.
Everyone would love more money but we get paid very well.
