Supporting 2 HR Business Partners on a day to day basis. Developing new ways to increase employee engagement and coming up with a strategy to make Vauxhall a better place to work.
I have developed my communication, interpersonal and analytical skills.
I really enjoy my apprenticeship as I get to change department once a year so I get a good overview of all departments.
I feel very valued by Vauxhall as I am always doing something that matters, I'm not just the 'Tea Boy'
My program is well structured I feel like I have a lot of support and always the right amount of work to do. I never feel too overloaded
I have regular 1-2-1 with my training provider so I am well supported.
