Apprentice Manager - running the cash office, organising cashiers breaks, dealing with complaints, dealing with problems that arise with the tills.
Learnt how to run the cash office. Developed existing managerial skills.
I really enjoy my programme, I go home with a sense of achievement every day.
Very. I have a monthly meeting with my area manager who gives me updates on my progress.
The programme has come along way from when it first piloted the scheme.
A lot, my tutor is there if I need her.
I have a lot of managers above my level that are always willing to help.
Although I took a pay decrease from my current job I still am able to live happily with my wage.
Yes, I have done various different events. I did one a few weeks ago represent Aldi at the Skills North West event at Event City UK.
