Customer Experience Strategy & Public Policy Assistant - Responsible for management and coordination of Vauxhall's Customer Service Index, day to day management of Purchase & Service Satisfaction scores, general queries around records, surveys, data, ranking, reporting and general support for the field team bridging the gap between the Retailer Network and Head Office; ad hoc bios and briefings when required on public policy topics, MP's and Ministers and so on. Daily interactions with the Vauxhall Retailer Network, Vauxhall field team and Customer Experience leaders at Vauxhall Franchises. Also responsible for management of the Aftersales Mystery Shop program
I've received certification for Business Continuity Planning. Built up a rapport with the Vauxhall field team as well as the UK Retail network. Dealing with CSI scores has enabled me to improve my EXCEL & analytic skills drastically as well as give a great insight into the Customer Experience that consumers receive when visiting a Retailer
I enjoy the team that I work with and receive support when needed. I learn something new everyday I go into work and the company's culture is supportive of continually development
I feel valued for the work that I do and receive appraisal often from line managers and senior management.
Inductions could be longer and more holistic. Changes in regards to the national apprenticeship levy make the question hard to answer right now
Support is there when needed but feedback is often slow or not detailed
I have never had any issues but the framework for support seems to be evident and strong
Very competitive against other apprenticeships, not so competitive against like for like job roles
There are numerous opportunities outside work almost constantly, ranging from walking clubs, 5-aside football tournaments to theater tickets.
