My role is providing a service and information to customers through the telephone. Such as balance details, transferring money and information on ISAs and other banking products.
Yes I have developed social skills and understandings involving customer service.
I enjoy the learning experience and career opportunity that is presented to me.
I feel very important as they treat me the same as someone higher up in the chain and they support me in ways that I need support for.
My programme is a bit all over the place. As we aren't really given deadline dates in advance of the time it shows up.
