  • My role is to be the first point of contact between Barclays and customers. I greet them and guide them to my colleagues that are most appropriate to deal with their queries. I also teach people how to use the self service machines.

  • I've been developing my communication skills by speaking with people from diverse backgrounds and even conversing in their language. Also my team skills by asking for help from colleagues that are experienced.

  • I've been recommending the programme to many people because I believe it's a great opportunity to achieve a successful career. I've had the privilege to also speak in an assembly at my old school about the programme.
