I enjoy my job and working with the team. I respect the company. I like the culture It met most of my expectations.
I feel quite valued and appreciated. I have had recognition a couple times on site. I have been put in high places during certain projects off site.
The induction and training are well structured. The collage work is a bit unorganised in places but it all falls in place.
I have a good working relationship with my boss and mentor on site who I can talk to. I have made a few friends who are tutors at collage who I can take my problems to as well.
My boss gives me a lot of support and helps put me on the right track. My mentor tells me how he did through his own apprenticeship.
Currently I am struggling a bit with costs but that wont be a problem before to long as it is just car payments.
There are some company events that are fun that get organised but I wish there were some more informal events instead of just black tie events.
