Networking, presenting and many industry related skills
I enjoy what I do very much, definitely made the right choice over uni.
I feel very valued by GSK. They support me if I need it and the responsibility my manager has given me makes me feel like a regular employee.
very well, everyone knows everyone's roll and the early talent team do a great job in networking apprentices and making it one big community.
I meet with my tutor once a month to discuss the work I am producing. Aswell as this I can email her any day of the week to ask questions.
As previously said, GSK support me with everything I do.
the wage is very competitive and is more than enough to cover my costs.
Lots of company events, im also a member in GSK cricket and golf society which is great to meet other people in different areas of the business.
