My role as a moment banker at Barclays involves taking calls from customers and helping them in their banking moment. On a day-to-day basis I check balances, answer enquiries about direct debits and standing orders and also log complaints for the customers.
I have developed my skills a lot while working at Barclays, including computer skills, communication skills, I've also learnt difference ways of organising money.
I am extremely enjoying my programme as I have met a lot of different kinds of people and also I have a lot of support that I never expected.
I feel extremely valued, especially as Barclays are very proud of prise colleagues.
I feel that the programme is well organised and structured very well
I receive so much support from my trainer, Jo. She is very approachable and is happy to help with what ever trouble you are having within the programme.
