I have to serve on the counter all day as well as doing the behind the scenes processing like balancing books, ATM, reserve etc
Not really in the last year
I don't if I'm perfectly honest, it's ridiculously dull and not really what I thought it was
Not at all, you get chucked into any branch and made to work your but of why getting no rewards, were always under staffed because too many people have been giving holiday for example this week we had 9 on holiday, 3 of them being management. You work till late as expected of you but it's hard to get overtime approved as your not expected to be there even though you can't leave
The apprenticeship is organised fine, I don't get any time as work to do any as they don't rota it in
Enough
Next to nothing, occasionally get a little time at work but not often at all
Only just
Not really
No
The customers are horrible on average, the work you do such as standing there showing someone how to use a machine is awful, they expect you to be flexible because you work a Saturday and get a day of with it when they know you really don't want to work that Saturday anyway so there not giving you the favour they say they are.
Try work in an outlet over a main branch as the main branchs are awful
