Day to day roles include tasks such as working on projects along side different people in different parts of the factory, such as improving a certain piece of equipment.
Yes, whilst working I have gained 2 level 3 qualifications thus far and have also had a lot of internal training within the company
It is nice working in such a big environment because of the many different types of people you meet and make friends with.
I feel valued by nestle most of the time however we work in a factory with many many people so it is quite difficult to be recognised unless you put in the work.
I feel as if our programme is well structured and planned out
Our tutor is always available, either email or call. We get good guidance and assistance if needed but we are mainly left to do the work ourselves
We have weekly review meetings where we sit down and discuss things such as improvements I can make and improvements they can make too.
My salary meets my costs very well, the salary is great
Yes there are many different event held outside work such as apprentice away days where we go to a different environment and get all our work together for review

As it is a good company to work for and there are many opportunities
Be confident in the interviews and always give examples when asked a question such as "show a time when you have been a team leader" give an example to back up your point.
