I was in an P&S audit team. The works involve excel file checking and many other basic auditing works, which could help you to enhance yourself. I need to collaborate with other team members to get the work done.
I learned some new Office skills and I also learned how to work with other team members and how to work in a fast-paced environment.
I really enjoyed that programme. It taught me a lot of soft skills and professional knowledge that I have never learned. Moreover, all the team members are very kind and helpful. They are so willing to teach you new stuff!!
I felt really engaged in the work. Team members are all willing to assign tasks to you and teach you any problems that you encounter.
The programme is well structured, which gave me an insightful view about the works of an auditor. I also gradually learned how to become a professional.
A lot of support were offered and a lot of encouragement were offered.
My manager offered me a lot of help. When I met something that I cannot handle with, I can always ask him for help, and he will always help me with patience.
It covers my living costs and I got some money that I can save.
There are lots of company events to attend and societies to join. Many opportunities are offered to meet new friends.
