  • 4. How valued do you feel by Mace?
  • I feel that as a trainee I am very much valued by the emerging talent team and the company as a whole. On site, I do feel that others take advantage of my position as a trainee to delegate small responsibilities that do not aid in my progression. I do feel as though there needs to be mutual effort from myself and those I work closely with to increase my involvement and exposure in the project as a whole.
