my role is to learn the fitting role this includes HV switching LV backfeed, switchgear maintenance,

i have developed my hand skills, knowledge and over all experience

I enjoy the practical side to the programme on site training etc but the theory side isn't the greatest with the information about trial blazer and training courses for fitters

Yes
due to the fact it is a establish business and you can get very qualified and the opportunities are endless
work heard and always ask questions and learn as much as possible
