I maintain switchgear, transformers on the HV network and have various other tasks during the day. Planning work on the network is also a big part of the job
I've developed an appreciation for the LV and HV network and also improved my hand skills.
I enjoy it.
Health and safety is a massive aspect within the company so I feel secure and appreciated.
The programme I am during currently is quite new and therefore lacks a great structure but is progressing well.
All members of staff are extremely friendly and helpful. I have a lot of training and feel like I have a lot of support.
They are supportive and allow me to grow.
It's decent pay but for the line of work we should be getting paid more.
