I have to distribute e-mail work flow to different departements abnd catogories.
Yes i have learnt how to manage my work flow, how to be flexable, how to be send an e-mail in a professionl mannor, how to manage my time to meet set goals.
I would definetly recomment this programme to anybody. The amount of support that you recieve is fonominal. The company itself makes you feel valued.
I feel that I am valued member at Barclay's which makes me feel that i want to come to work.
The programme itself is very well organised.
I recieve a great amount of support not just from my trainer but from everybody at Barcklay's.
I receieve a great deal of support from my employer which helps me to keep calm when I feel I am stuck.
The salary is covers all of my costs that I need to pay.

I feekl that Barclay's is a very good company to work for. You are made part of the team from the day you start, making sure that you are comfy at work and you know where to get help from.
To make sure you address anything that you havce done as Barclay's will help you to achieve anything that you want to achieve.
