  • In my role, I am serving customers on the till delivering good customer service as well as assisting with their requests around the shop floor. I also help out with the shop duties such as stocking up the shelves.

  • I enjoy my programme as it has allowed me to learn new things and grow and adapt as a person as I am now more confident.

  • Within Savers, I feel like I am a valued member of the team, everyone is always keen to help me whenever needed.

  • The programme is very well organised as you know exactly what you're doing without any confusion and it is a very easy process to follow.

  • I receive support whenever I need it, people are keen to help me with any questions or enquiries that I may have.

  • I received a lot of support from my colleagues whenever I need it, they are always there to offer a helping hand or answer any questions.

  • I feel like the salary is reasonable as I am able to meet costs if required, but I feel like the hourly rate should be higher due to the amount of hours worked
