I work in HR so on a day to day basis I work with pay roll and helping people to reach higher work levels. I send emails, answer calls and produce excel spreads.
I have advanced in excel and powerpoint skills.
I enjoy my programme a lot as I get to work within teams as well as individually with people I really get along with,.
I feel very valued by unilever as I am always being praised for good work as well as given advice on how to improve things.
My programme is very structured as my training courses are done very well and are very helpful. The apprentice staff are very helpful if I need anything or have any questions etc.
I receive a lot of support with many catch ups every two weeks to ensure I am on target and improving my progress.
A lot of support with catchups on how I am doing, what I am doing, whether I have any worries, do I enjoy what I am doing etc.
My salary does meet my costs however I feel we should probably receive a little bit more due to the rise in travel costs.
I have never really paid attention to any outside opportunities so cannot answer this question.
Yes
it is a brilliant opportunity for young people to get experience and a qualification whilst they are getting paid.
