Very much so. My team are lovely, the company is supportive however I find the Universities communication and support poor.
Appreciation of the hard work I do is noticed, I am now classes as a fully trained operator not just an apprentice. There is not much higher recognition apart from the jobs apprentices get given to "Broaden knowledge of the site/ GSK community"
Not very structured or organised. I have not yet moved from the location I started in, I should be on a 4 month rota. Support is poor from uni but good from work. Hierarchy in team below senior is not seen, senior and line manager very authorotive.
Very little. They are located in Kent I am in the north east of England!
Collegues help when I get stuck, line manager frees up time.
Very well
