Network Q- Operations analyst i am responsible for analysing Network Q- warranties. Looking after customer issue regarding warranties. As well as running daily, weekly and monthly reports. This has helped me to improve my analytical and excel skills.
I have gained many qualification in my 3 years at Vauxhall. For example: NVQ Level 3 Business Admin, Functional skills ICT Level 3, CMI Level 2, CMI Level 3, HNC-Distinction. I would now say im very advance in excel and have learnt to improve my presentation skill in each job role.
i really like the culture in Vauxhall as everyone is willing to help me succeed and they have a very friendly and supportive working environment.
i feel very valued as i am given a lot of responsibility within my job roles. Vauxhall have a very good development programme where i told how well i am doing. As well as this i am able to get involved in many projects.
The introduction to the apprenticeship was indepth and informative. there has been a lot of training a support throughout the programme. there are regular meeting and we are informed of any changes.
Our training provider try there best to support us in all ways we need and understand our work and study balance and help set deadlines around this.
Lots of support is given from Vauxhall they always want to help us succeed so will help in any way possible.
The salary is very good and allows me to pay for everything and book amazing holidays.
Yes there are many events and CSR days that we are able to get involved in there are also many different social events.

Good stepping stone if you want a degree and get the work experience at the same time.
