Really enjoy the programme, lots of variety and responsibility as well as good training.
Highly valued, a strong part of the team.
Structure is set out well, but organisation wasn’t as great as could have been. Lots of choices left to the last minute and not all opportunities were shown, had to go looking for them.
Enough to push knowledge but also encourage personal learning.
Lots, help where needed and support in all areas, both in terms of work and quality of life.
Earning a good wage whilst learning and suitable for the area. Very competitive.
Yes, nourishment such as further training that is not on the scheme. And stem events as well as early careers networking events.
Yes
Good company, good benefits.
Be yourself and have an understanding of what the company offers, not the best sh new in terms of qualifications offered as standard, but the company will help achieve them later in your career.
