Hugely valued! My manager always gives me great feedback and feel when I get involved in projects my opinions and ideas matter
Definitely! My manager has introduced me to a range of projects where I am able to challenge myself. For example one project involved me presenting to Marketing and CMI team in home care. Also there have been a range of work shops to help improve my presentation skills and also confidence in general
I’ve enjoyed my time at Unilever very much! There is always a project to get involved in and my team have made my time enjoyable

For me there the programme is well structured, for example on your first day you are given point of contacts on who you can reach out to if you have any issues.
The support was also great, we have monthly catch ups with our mentor where you are able to talk about any worries or concerns you have.
My team have been super supportive of me! For example I can go to my manger if I have any issues or concerns and will work to get a solution. For example my manager sent me for 3 weeks with an external agency we work closely with to further increase my knowledge and being able to get involved with more projects
As I still live at home the salary meets my needs as I have no rent costs!
Yes there are opportunities to join certain teams. For example I am part of the out reach team where we visit local schools to promote apprenticeships. Also if you are interested n volunteering there are opportunities for that also
Yes
Unilever is an amazing company and the opportunities you have here are great. The people I have come across have been nice and willing to help you along your journey
To be yourself! Also be relaxed on the assessment day as it’s not as daunting as you think
