Employees are great people. Culture is relaxed as well as very hard working. I quite enjoy the programme, always busy.
I am valued such that when I have a problem, I can approach someone and they would out their efforts in to try and solve my issues.
The programme is fairly well structured, however occasionally there can be problems when small details are not communicated properly.
The college provides a lot of support when necessary and asked, especially when it comes to providing us with resources to help us with our learning.
The company provides a lot of support when necessary and asked, especially when it comes to providing us with resources to help us with our placements and work.
The salary is fantastic, being one of the highest ones in the country for this scheme. However, there was little support when relocating to local area, from home.
There can be opportunities to go and represent the company at different events, but to be eligible and become an ambassador can be a lengthy time process. There are sport teams within the company, but they may not be for everyone. There may be lots of activities, but they are not always advertised.
