Right now I am on mb academy so I am learning the role and performing basic customer interviews
Yes I have learnt a great deal on how to manage customer expections mainly as well as identifying customer needs
I do enjoy the apprenticeship although it is hard I love he challenge
Very as a young recruit I feel they are investing a lot into my development and that really does inspire me
Very structured it is just very hard implementing it into my day to day at work I mainly complete the course at home
As much as I need she is always on the phone if I need her
again support is given when ever needed
I'm paid very well but as ever could always do with more
?
Yes
The pay and the opportunities
If you work for it you'll be noticed and you'll earn it
