Software Degree Apprentice, working on projects 3.5 days a week, at College working towards a degree 1.5 days a week.

I feel valued within my project as well as by the company
There have been some hiccups due to it peing a trailblazer programme, however, it's worked out pretty well.
We have regular meetings, as well as 12 week reviews.
They're willing to help with any problem we may have.
I have no problems dealing with any costs due to my salary.
We've had opportunities to go to Career fairs and Air days.

I've learned a lot whilst at the company as well as earning a degree.
