    • Software Degree Apprentice, working on projects 3.5 days a week, at College working towards a degree 1.5 days a week.

    • Very much

    • I feel valued within my project as well as by the company

  • 5. How well organised/structured is your programme?

    • There have been some hiccups due to it peing a trailblazer programme, however, it's worked out pretty well.

    • We have regular meetings, as well as 12 week reviews.

    • They're willing to help with any problem we may have.

  • 7. How well does your salary/package meet your costs?

    • I have no problems dealing with any costs due to my salary.

  • 8. Are there many opportunities outside of work?

    • We've had opportunities to go to Career fairs and Air days.

    • Yes

    • I've learned a lot whilst at the company as well as earning a degree.

  • 10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to BAE Systems?

    • Take your time with the application process and be yourself in the interviews.
