Bussiness Management Apprentice Review

I am a business management apprentice in my final role where I am a cost and schedule integrator. This involves managing budget and timescales to ensure each of the companies annualised contracts stay on track.

Yes. During this apprenticeship I have developed numerous interpersonal skills, worked related skills and grown in confidence which I feel makes me much more competent starting a role.

I feel very valued, 90% of my placements have been working for managers who value the apprenticeship programme. However on the odd time some like to think of you as just an 'apprentice'.

I receive lots of support which is always appreciated, however, it isn't always accessible due to limited time.

I receive lots of support from my assessor, placement manager and training school.

Fairly well, for an apprenticeship we get paid a lot however this is still hard to stretch.

This is the best decision I have made and wouldn't change it. I have learnt so so much within my apprenticeship and have loved every minute.
