Product Manager - we are responsible for a selection of products ensuring they are fit for purpose, the benefits are competitive, complaints, customer journeys, relationship with 3rd parties
Yes, over my two years I have been exposed to various scenarios which has helped me develop new skills and attributes. I am still learning new which is helping my personal as well as my professional development.
The programme itself has been poor but the role is great.
I feel valued but there are times where I feel undervalued.
My programme has limited structure, apart from my talent coach I have no one internally who reaches out to check how things are going.
I recieve a fair amount of support, he does help and explain things which is great but i think more can be done. I'm doing L4, not expected to get spoon fed but the aim of the learning is to bring it back into my job, at times i feel thats not the case.
I recieve a fair amount from my line manager, he has allowed me to go on and progress allowing me to complete my L4. I'm hoping my line manager will support me in completing the next qualification up.
Not very well. Sometimes i feel as if i'm doing more work than the grade i rolled off. It's great exposure and learning curb but at times it's not right.
I'm not sure as I haven't checked, at the momment i want to complete my L4 apprenticeship and continue with my studying. Builidng up knowledge, experiance and exposure.
Yes
The brand is great and it's a great learning curb but the programme needs more work, both internal/external. Barclays needs to drop Capita!
Make the most out of the opportunity, network well and work as hard as you can.
