I am an engineer. I do techie and craft roles involved in the industry there are trainers and people in the workplace we interact with. we do 9 assessments our first year then go on to placements.
yes I have learnt new cad skills, fitting practical skills and new experiences like carbon fibber. we do mechanical and electrical skills at collage.
I fully enjoy it as it allows me to experience new things learning something new everyday. and I have enough time to do other art things in my free time like pottery. plus its enabled me to be more independent
I feel people listen to meand provide me with answers. also what effort I put in is what I get out and I can visualy see that in the producs I make.
very well structures. although building plans effected our year the instructors have done well to get use back on track
tutors often give u advice and help where needed. you are encouraged to be independent though to learn more
the employer provides us with the equipment we need to a good stranded. we always have material to work with and make stuff.
I get paid enough to get to work and buy lunch ect as well as save. I have saved enough to get a car to commute to work in the future
yes the company has sport clubs and promotes walks and charity events. however you have to seek them out as you aren't informed of them when you join.

I realy enjoy my time here and find it has something for every one. it is great for people who don't like sitting in a class room and taking tests.
just get stuck in and be open minded bring something new and bold to the company. its a lot of fun and your sure to get along with your pears don't be shy.
