I work as a branch manager within Barclays and this involves looking after a team of 20 people.
The course has helped me develop my existing skills and understand more about why particular models work
I enjoy the programme as it is pushing me to develop myself further
The opportunity has been provided by barclays so I feel completely valued by them.
It is well structured however it is a lot of work to complete in a short amount of time
The university are fantastic at finding out how we feel about the programme and taking on board feedback
My employer supports with some Of the time however it is a challenge maintaining work while studying.
Salary is sufficient for what we are doing and the company is paying for the training
