Bar Supervisor Day to day operation and running of the buisness and the shift
Man management skills
It was an enjoyable experiene with enough time between meetings to get all homework completed and gave me a good insight into how the company likes things done and also what information is available
Management appreciate the work that has been done and by showing the task is achievable the manager is able to challange me more.
Good structure all apart from the layout of the fuse training website. It was not very intuitive where to click to progress sometimes
Tutor was fine and helped guide me when I was unsure of what was needed. Management also helped with getting evidence
General management support was good and helped me when needed and made sure the time was available for meetings
Money was fine as all meetings were done at my place of work
The skills will be transeferable to help me in other carrears if I ever move on. no plans to move on
