Detail Designer Learning how to the different discipline working and we are given different tasks to do. There is different people teaching how to use the computer program for the require tasks.
In first year I got my HNC in Engineering System and a SQV level 2 in engineering operation. Continues training in the business. I have improved my communications skills
I am really enjoying my apprenticeship and I am finding work very interesting. Team I were placed in were really helpful and were used to have an apprentice
I feel highly valued from BAE Systems. The work place is set up to be very helpful towards the apprentices.
The program is well structure. I know what is happening in the different years and what is expected of us. The qualification that we will give was told before applying for the apprenticeship.
