I enjoy the level of freedom and responsibility I have. I am left to manage my time and tackle problems with whatever approach I see fit.
I feel very valued, as mentioned above I am given certain autonomy and I am able to use my initiative, even as an apprentice I am included in decision making, and am counted as a full member of the team
the programme is reasonably well structured, with weeks split into work/college. I feel though, when we have half terms, we should be able to take study days in which to complete collegework, instead of just being in work
The training provider is satisfactory. although most of what I learn has to relevance to what I do at work. If I needed support im sure I could ask for it
My employer is very supportive and additional training and help is always on offer.
my salary is ample, and quite good for an apprenticeship scheme
there are always extras that I can get involved in through the bae network
