I went to a day EY Year 11 programme where we learnt more about EY and different things we could do after high school.
Yeah i developed how to communicate well with others and about social networking.
I enjoyed the programme as i learnt about the different options after six form and also the skills you need in the business world.
I felt very valued by EY becuase they looked after us the whole day by giving us lunch and breakfast. They also explained everything in detail and werent reluctant to answer any questions.
The programme was well organised as thery had a structured time table from the beginning. However the ending went slightly over.
during the programme we recieved a lot of help from the leader in charge. We also had a mentor for each table who we could ask questions and talk to.
We still get emails on future programmes we could participate in. There is also a lot on the website to support me and give me more information.
From the information given the wage given to employees was over minimum wage. Also the package offered a lot of information.
Yes there is a lot of employee social events outside the work for the workplace to get to know eachother. Also she explained about travelling to different places to participate in different events either work related oemr not.
Yes
Because it us very helpful in telling you all the possibilities after high school. It is also a good day to get an idea of that sector of work
I would tell them to be free to listen to new knowledge and skills you didnt know about.
